honestly the candies are great but the amount u receive just isn't worth the money.

UPDATED AT BOTTOM 1/8/17 I went back and forth on ordering this candy for as a Christmas gift for a family member who loves candy. After I read the reviews on here and a few other places, I decided to go ahead with it and got a 6 Month Club Mix Subscription and used a promotion to get 3 free candies with the first order. ORDERING: The online ordering system is very easy online - at least on the gifting side. The only area I think that could use some improvement is allowing us to choose the candy that comes in the initial shipment. I know this is possible when you order for yourself - or at least that is my understanding from reading on the site and taking the candy profile quiz. After I placed my order I was redirected to my account where I noticed a link to rate the candies. This showed me the different candies that would be included in the first order. After reviewing I knew the receiver wouldn't care for a few of them, so I called customer service to see what could be done about it. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and said that since the order was just placed, he could change out the candy for something I specified. He also told me that before each future shipment goes out I will receive an email 2-3 days prior where I can select what candy I want in that shipment. SHIPMENT: I ordered my subscription on Wednesday afternoon and by Saturday morning the candy was at my front door. Packaging was all intact, no issues. When I opened up the box there was a nice insulator around the box the candy was in. All of the containers are securely held in place in a cardboard carrier and there is an extra wrapped candy - in this case salt water taffy - that I didn't order sprinkled in the box. CANDY: The candy we received is excellent and very fresh. The gummy butterflies and sour worms were very soft and not tough or hard when you ate them, the chocolate raisins are absolutely huge - some have had 2-3 raisins in them. All of the candy has been great so far. CUSTOMER SERVICE: There was one issue with my order. I was supposed to get malted milk balls in the first order, but was sent two containers of chocolate covered raisins instead. Not a big deal - I went onto their website, filled out the form with my order number and informed them of the issue - as it tells me to do in their FAQ section. I sent this on Sunday 1/1 knowing very well that because of it was a Sunday/Holiday that I probably wouldn't hear back until Tuesday at some point. It is 8:30 CDT on Tuesday evening and I have not heard anything back from them yet - no phone call or email. Its a little frustrating and in turn has made my experience less enjoyable, especially due to the fact that people from their team were responding to questions and complaints via Facebook yesterday 1/2. I am confident that they will make the issue right, but I believe that they should be contacting their customers back in a more timely fashion. Overall I have been fairly satisfied with my experience so far using Candy Club. If I hadn't had an issue with the order or at least had heard back from them in a timely manner I would say my experience would be rated a 4-4.5 1/8/17 UPDATE After writing my original review Candy Club did call me an apologize for the issue. They sent me out the missing candy in the mail immediately which I received yesterday. Again a great candy after it had a chance to warm up inside the house after being in a mailbox in 0 degree weather all day. Happy Candy Club responded in the way they have and I changed my review to 4 stars. I still think the customer service could be a little better - even something as simple as an automated email after someone submits a question/complaint that says you will be contacted in a x amount of hours or day.

This company gets my candy on time and the candy is fresh. The containers that each type of candy come in are so cute and can be used for other things once all candy is gone. Love love love this company!

I have received 2 boxes so far. It's really fun to see what will be in the package, and to compare the different candies. They are all fresh and tasty! I share them with my friends and co-workers, so they are enjoying them as well! Thanks Candy Club!

Since I joined Candy Club, my family and I wait for the time to order our candies and we choose them as a family based on taste. The candy ships immediately after placing my order and comes with in 3-5 days. When opening the box it has a Christmas feel to it.

I just subscribed because on the facebook site they said that they had a deal called the "buy 3 get 3" for new subscribers but when I clicked the link it led me to the site and I filled out all of the information and then when I tried to select all six and promised it would not let me. I called customer service and I got nowhere with that and then when I tried to email them I still have to heard back from them and I emailed way before they closed. Disappointed and I now want to end my subscription but I now have to call them and I know that will be a pain in my neck.

I love this. My daughter gets so excited when she see's the mail and the big green box. I think its worth the money. The only thing that needs to be changed is offer's for existing costumer's and not just new ones!
