Your website is not user friendly. After ordering there is no notification to continue to picking your candies. I had to wait hours to receive the email saying to complete the order. With such an expensive subscription, you should make the site usable. Where is the option for tracking? If these options are not obvious you are doin something wrong.

So far so good, got our box today and everything is just as they advertise. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I tried to navigate their page- I could ONLY pick from this month's candies and never had a chance to pick from the "regulars" they say are available in the FAQs. "We also have a permanent collection of Candy Club favorites that members can pick any and every month if they desire." So the candies you see in the ads and on the lists on the site are NOT available. Feels like a bit of a bait and switch to be honest. Especially since you pay first, then make your selection. The candies my son wanted were not on the March Collection so I had to go with something else and hope he liked it. (He did)

Hello Sarah, Thank you for your feedback and for being a valued member! We apologize for any confusion regarding our monthly candy selections! Each month, we drop new candies on the 20th, so you will typically never see repeat items. Also, along with the candy selection changing, some candies simply sell out, due to popular demand. Because of these reasons, we do not guarantee specific candies to be available. That said, if you do not see anything you would like to order in any given month, you are always able to reach out to us, before you pick your candies, and ask us to skip. Skipping means that you are not going to be charged or sent any box for the desired month you would like to do so. Typically each month, you will be given between about 40-50 items to choose from. We hope you find many more treats in the months to come! Also, if you would like to adjust your order date, so that you have first pick of the new candies going forward, we are happy to help with that as well! I never received my package Once I realized what happened I emailed Candy Clubs customer service and told them I think I forgot to change my address since I had just moved from California to Arizona. I sent them a new address and asked what I would have to do for a new box. They replied quickly and said they would be happy send me a new box at no extra charge as quickly as possible. WOW! ❤️ Talk about great customer service, hard to find now-a-days, my order is already shipped! Candy Clubs customer service is as sweet as their candy. Thank you. ☺️🙏🏼

I got this subscription for my daughter for Christmas, it costs me $30 a month for 3 little containers of candy. I just sucked it up because my daughter had been asking me to join for a year. So I had the candy sent to her in her name so she could feel special to be getting a package in the mail every month. However, I am super frustrated because you only get a 4 day window (and I'm about to look into that as soon as I'm done) to pick your candy and if you forget to pick then they send you just anything. And if she doesnt like their pick of candy she can't return it for what she would like I was so pissd I cancelled my subscription today. Shoot 10 more dollars and I could have joined Shoe Dazzle for $40. This club is too pricey and really honestly you can take that money to Sam's or BJs or the candy store in the mall, get more for your money and get the same candy because they are not really sending you candy that's out of the ordinary. Please Don't Waste Your HARD-EARNED Money.

I just want to say that from the moment I saw your post on Facebook I was very interested in joining the club I'm very happy I did do to my birthday be in last week I decided for my birthday present I would join and I received my candy couple days ago me and my family are enjoying it to the portions are a great size to Candy is nice and fresh and I'm excited to see what the future may bring again thank you for such a great product have a great day thank you again Dana

The cinnamon JuJus I got didn't have that good of a cinnamon flavor I was hoping for. Every thing else was good. Wish it was a little cheaper. I will have to stop my subscription till I get more income coming in.
