Did not get what I ordered and no refund. 😔

So disappointed. I had a sweet profile in check, received only chocolate items that were melted. They were also all 6oz give or take on the package. I selected the biggest box which should of been 13oz.. I emailed customer support and was told they dont send chocolate in the summer, so I obviously got sent an old box which is even worse. Never gotten back too after. A waste of money on what was supposed to be a little treat, on something I had to just throw away. 😞 I have replied, still nothing back. I dont believe this is a legit company. No refund so I was indeed scammed. How can you advertise 13oz and send 6oz and that be ok, let alone only send chocolate then tell me I wasn't. I sent photos twice but was told they didnt come through. So sad

Hello Erin, Update: Our records indicate that a replacement was issued on 9/30 and it shipped 10/2. We are so sorry to hear about this. During the hot summer months we offer a more limited selection of heat resistant candies in order to make sure that what is delivered to you arrives fresh and not melted. Because we are not including chocolates we would like to look into this further and investigate. We take the freshness of our candy very seriously and can assure you that we intend only to send the best quality of candy to our members. Our records indicate that you did reach out to customer service about the melted items, however, we have not received the pictures. Please provide pictures of the melted items and the box. The Party Pack box comes with 6-13 oz, by volume, cups of candy. The individual candy weights vary by candy, and this is the number you see listed on the cup labels. As each candy has a different size and density, weights will vary even though the size (and volume) of the cup remains the same. We apologize for the confusion, especially as both the volume and weight are listed in ounces, but we hope this clarifies things. Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else.
