AVOID this company at all costs
Ordered 6 months worth of this product 10 days ago. Still not arrived. Customer services not massively helpful. Prompted by another reviewer, I thankfully checked my account and they had added a monthly subscription being charged at £118.00! I have, after MUCH difficulty and persistence, I believe, managed to cancel the subscription so a big shout out and thank you to the person who alerted me to this. I can't yet comment on the actual product, however, as it is still in transit from China. I am now concerned about the quality of the product and feel I am not happy giving it to my dogs. A total waste of time and money.
