Hi Niki, I’m sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. We do provide installation instructions for many products and are working to expand this across our full catalog. Your input helps us prioritize where clearer guidance is needed. To clarify, we do approve refunds, specifically when there are defects or errors on our part. However, since all of our skins are custom cut to order based on the design and device selected, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons outside of that. That said, we never want our customers to feel misled, and we’ll be reviewing the wording on our site to make sure this is clearer going forward. Regarding packaging, our eco-friendly mailers are designed for protection, but we’ll take your comments on presentation into account as we improve. We know this wasn’t the experience you expected, and we’ll continue working with you directly to make things right. —The Camskns Team

Hi Becca, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience. We do have installation instructions available for many of our products, and we’re actively working to expand that support across our full catalog to make the process easier for all customers. In the meantime, we truly appreciate feedback like yours, as it helps us prioritize which products need clearer guidance first. As for your comment about the skin not covering the entire lens - on the model you ordered, the grip areas are intentionally left exposed to ensure the best performance and usability of the lens. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. —The Camskns Team

Hi Mark, Thank you for sharing your feedback, though we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We didn’t see any message from you before this review, which we wish we had as our team is always ready to help resolve any issues. In cases like this, we typically ask for photos to confirm fitment problems so we can investigate and offer a solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or guidance. Regarding the material, just to clarify, we’ve actually upgraded from standard vinyl to CAMSKNS Edge™, a professional-grade wrap material known for its thinness, strength, and long-term durability. It’s used in commercial applications and was chosen specifically to improve both application and wear over time. We genuinely appreciate reviews like yours as they help us improve, but we do wish you’d contacted us first so we could have addressed the issue directly. If you'd like us to help now, we're just an email away at [email protected]. We’re always happy to make things right.

Hi Aaron, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, but we feel it’s important to clarify the facts for anyone reading this. According to USPS tracking, your order was marked as delivered on June 10 to the address provided at checkout. When you informed us that you didn’t receive it, our customer service team immediately responded and professionally explained the next steps - filing a claim with USPS, as is standard protocol for items marked “delivered.” At no point did we say, “Sorry, not our problem.” In fact, we reviewed the entire conversation and found that our team remained courteous and helpful, even when your responses were uncooperative and aggressive. We made it clear that we’re happy to continue supporting you once USPS concludes their investigation—which is both fair and in line with our policy. What seems to have upset you is that we did not send an immediate replacement without completing the required process, which unfortunately opens the door to fraud and abuse. As a small business, we take customer satisfaction seriously, but we also have to protect ourselves from misuse. We stand by the professionalism of our team and the fairness of how this situation was handled.

Thank you for your feedback, though we’d like to clarify a few important points. After reviewing your order, our system shows that you purchased a skin for the Nikon Z7, not the Z7II. This explains why the fit was not accurate for your camera model. Our product pages clearly list the compatible models, and we also send a confirmation email after purchase with a 24-hour window to cancel or make changes—specifically to prevent issues like this. Our customer support team had already explained this to you, so we were a bit disappointed to see a negative review instead of an acknowledgment of the mix-up—especially since this was not an error on our end. As all our skins are printed on demand, and yours had already been peeled and used, we are unable to offer a refund for an incorrectly placed order, in line with our store policy. As for your comment about the missing dot on the "i" in the Nikon logo: the skin you received was designed exactly as shown on our website for the **Z7** model. We do not alter or remove specific design elements. What you're referring to does not apply to the product you ordered. We’re always happy to help with any future orders and encourage customers to double-check their camera model before purchasing to ensure the best experience possible.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and truly apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. It's never our intention to leave our customers feeling unsupported or dissatisfied. You're absolutely right—clear instructions are essential, especially for products with multiple detailed components. While we do our best to include instructions for all our skins, we acknowledge that some models are still missing guides, and we're actively working to improve this. Regarding the return, we want to make this right. We've already processed a full refund to your husband’s original payment method. You should see the amount reflected shortly, depending on your bank’s processing time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve both our product documentation and customer service moving forward.
