I accidentally included a preview link in a survey email, meaning people could complete the survey but the results would not be captured. As soon as I realised the mistake I used the help-bot which put me in touch the support team. Ray responded quickly and swapped out the dud link with the correct one, and we didnt lose any survey results.

As an agency account user I've used Campaign Monitor for many years and have found it to be the best solution for marketing email either when building custom coded solutions, templates, or using the excellent drag and drop builder for more basic email that can be easily managed by the client directly. Support is always exceptional.
