Inquired about an issue with a glass lid for a pot. I submitted what was required. Within 5 days I gad a replacement pot an lid. I am quite impressed with their customer satisfaction Now I know why I only purchase calohalon products. They stand by their products and their customers

I have had my Calphalon set of hard anodized pans for 25 years. Years ago, I sent a couple pans back because the bottoms warped; Calphalon stood by their Lifetime Warranty and replaced my pans with new ones--the current models. Now, 25 years later, I contacted them about several other pans which, over time, also warped. This was likely due to my coil, electric cooktop. Nevertheless, Brent Josh, a stellar Calphalon representative, promptly responded, sending a link and simple, clear direction for me to submit photos of my pans. This I did and, the very next day, Brent replied to inform me that my pans were discontinued but they would all be replaced with one of the current Calphalon cookware lines. I was able to select the set I preferred. Brent communicated respectfully, clearly, and immediately every time. I was so grateful. CALPHALON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE AND THEY ABSOLUTELY STAND BEHIND THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY! Within 10 days of my innitial inquiry, my new pans were delivered to my home at no cost to me. I can't say enough about Calphalon customer care; they're fantastic.

Calphalon Anodized Cookware is another great brand I use for my daily Indian / Chinese, French , Hispanic,Italian & Fusion Cooking , I experiment and cook to perfection for Dear Family & Friends ❣️ Calphalon has been in my kitchen for year & years .. Truly can vouch for it 🥰

I got a Calphalon espresso Machine. It was not working from the shelf. I contacted customer online and I got a response in less then 24 hours asking for photos and a video (so I sent them) the next e-mail they said they would like me to send them the machine so they can see what was wrong and they sent me a pre-paid label to send it to them; I sent it off the next day.. 5 days it took to get to it’s destination we got an email on the 6th day saying they were trying to locate the Same machine that you had so we can replace the one you sent to us. One day later they sent me a email stating that they could not find the same one (but they were willing to send me an upgraded machine or $400 to cover the cost of another one) we chose the upgrade and it is set to be here tomorrow. It’s been a total of 10 days. In my opinion there customer survice is great; and will be willing to buy from them again

These knives are better than I anticipated. Love them! I only wish it came with a bread knife, That's ok.

I received a recall on my knife set. Calphalon made it very easy to return the knives and they were replaced and sent back quickly. What really got my attention was when Calphalon then sent me a Rubbermaid storage set along with a letter. They apologized for the inconvenience and sent the set as a thank you for the inconvenience. Wow--totally unexpected!
