Hi Hachiro, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. The processing fee is the result of several currency exchanges that this transaction involves, as well as other costs. This service is all about dependability and being able to send a Mobile Recharge from the comfort of your home at any given hour of the day. We make sure your family/friends receive the amount on their mobiles, no matter how far away they are. Have a great day! CallMuangThai.com

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. The rates are established according to high quality routing we choose and other international costs. As you know by now, we have no hidden fees, and make no compromise about connection quality to get the minimum rates on the market. But we can assure you they are really competitive and economical. Plus, you can get free credit in several ways: - Thank You points for your purchases. You've managed to collect 800 at this point, which means that when you reach 1000 you can convert them yourself into $10 Voice Credit for your free calls. - Thank You points when you recommend the service to your friends. Go to My Information tab, Thank You points section on the right, and send invites to your friends with your referral code. When 2 of them place their first order you automatically get 1000 Thank You points worth $10 Voice Credit. - Subscribe to get offers by email. Log in and look for the orange button "Get Offers" down the homepage of the website. Tap that and follow the next easy step. We have constant bonuses and discounts for you. Hope this helps!
