So simple to follow at least for me. I just selected New Communication, selected my Group(s), Named my message, My choice of recording was upload a WAV file, then I selected which Caller ID I wanted and I chose Calling Post 405 not my phone number I didn't want those who won't check their Voicemail to call back the missed call and I get slammed with so many calls when I was told by the Client Care Specialist if I use the 405 when they call back that missed call and press 1 the message would replay and I loved that idea. Then I selected to send ASAP and confirmed and it went out with success!!!

Never had any serious problems with Calling Post, and I believe the recipients have been pleased.

I was updating information for a church member who was not receiving messages via email. I contacted Calling Post and had the pleasure of speaking with Wendy Johnson. I have been a Calling Post user for many years. The updates make it easier and easier for me to keep my teams informed without having to make individual calls.

I have been using CallingPost for the Knights of Columbus in both Salem, OR and Sublimity, OR for the past 12 years or more and this is an invaluable tool to keep my Brother Knights informed. I used to record the messages using my own voice by several years ago this became a challenge due to surgery. I now use the keyboard entry method and this has worked well, with a few minor glitches using the automated voice's interpretation of what I have typed but I have adjusted to most of these glitches.
