BHAVIN was excellent support for my last 2 days work in regards to troubleshooting my problem for not getting incoming calls and ringtone on my callhippo number. BHAVIN has restored the service.

Callhippo's team is very proactive and they continuously work to resolve any issue and communicate the updates on time.

They stole money from our card. If I could give negative stars I would. This company lied about their pricing. Finally admitted it and gave us a refund - but not in full. They "accidentally" charged our card twice so we needed 2 refunds both were $30 or so dollars less than they should have been - how many people do they skim money from? Our refund came through and our account was deleted ... Then 12 months later they continue charging our card! They will not delete your details and will never have the same person talking to you. Dont ever use them.

CallHippo is an excellent service and platform. The plans offered have always suited my needs and I particularly like the flexibly in being able to choose a number, or plan to suit my needs, including the 'when'. Customer service has always been helpful and responsive. In particular, I've been impressed with Amit (Onboarding Team) who's level of service, communication and helpfulness was above and beyond. I recommend.
