I cancelled this service in the past, to find that they reinstated it by themselves and keep charging during 2019, 2020 and 2021 for the annual service I previously cancelled. They also added funds to refill the account which has the Auto Recharge option disabled. I called My CC Company and asked them to block this Bueno Communications Company Charges. Be aware of this fraudulent way to do business from this Company called Call Hippo, and if you cancel; block them from your method of payment right away. But for their way to do business I would avoid them at all. There is more serious companies in the market Than Call Hippo.
