I’m an year old subscriber and I have to say they support is very poor. I got an email saying that my subscription has been canceled and number released (I did not cancel the subscription) I got in touch with support they told me that they can reinstate the number but I’d have to get a new subscription with a new number and then they would update it to the old number on the backend, I got the new number (and paid $118 for an yearly subscription) After about 24 hours they changed the number to the old one. A day later I received an email from support to provide verification, despite being a verified customer. However I provided the verification and support responded that verification was successful but I still couldn’t access my account. So got in touch with support again. They said they will get back to me within 24 hours, 4 days later still no response. Got in touch with them again tonight and they said the same 24 hours thing. For anyone interested, I can share the support transcripts.
