Hi Vicki ! We shipped your order quickly, but the delay was caused by USPS and is outside of our control. Since the order has now been delivered, if you decide to leave or update your review, we kindly ask that it reflects the product itself. If you didn't like USPS service you can left review on their side
today is the 19th, we ordered on the 11th, and your shipping with USPS is just horrible, we still do not have our products, to think it went from Cali to Indi, then to lansing MI to Det MI then to Howell MI, that is totally ridiculous and now it is just sitting in Howell, and you should give shipping options to people when they order, ie. UPS or FedEX, the postal service just sucks!

Hi , We understand your frustration, however we’d like to clarify a few important points. At checkout, we offer multiple shipping options, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. You specifically selected free USPS free shipping at the time of purchase. USPS routing and transit delays are outside of our control, especially once the package is in their network. Because this was a free shipping service, it is not accurate to leave a negative review based on how the postal service operates rather than on our product or fulfillment. We always recommend choosing an express carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) if faster or more predictable delivery is required.
Sorry that I have to give you this review! But I received the wrong item and another scratched bracelet! I sent you email and nobody answered.

We apologize for the slight delay — the issue is resolved. The bracelets were replaced free of charge and shipped to the customer.
Too clumsy to put on.

I would not purchase this one again about to fall apart - the leather one is a better option.

Please check your email. We contacted you quickly, but we haven’t received a response.
It would have been a 5 if the bracelet had not separated after 3 days. It would have been a 5, but the communication stopped after numerous emails when I asked for a refund.
