The product itself wasn’t completely…
The product itself wasn’t completely terrible, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, but the overall experience left me disappointed. I did notice a very slight improvement after several uses, however the results were nowhere near what was advertised on the website. For the price, I expected something much more effective and longer-lasting. What frustrated me most was the customer service. Responses were slow, and every reply felt generic rather than genuinely helpful. Shipping also took longer than expected, and tracking updates were inconsistent. The “satisfaction guarantee” sounded reassuring at first, but the process became complicated once I actually needed support. Overall, it feels like the marketing creates expectations the product and service simply can’t fully meet.
