I went to Caliber Collision in Cumming, GA. The service was excellent. I had to have a bumper replaced and I was updated various times during the process. Car rental was easy through Enterprise, and everything just went very smooth. The new bumper and paint looks amazing. Thank you, Caliber Collision.

Caliber collisions was excellent in the way they kept me informed about my vehicle until the end and then Bill Treme came out and explained things to me and also the girls in the office they were exceptional I would recommend caliber collisions to anyone

I would not recommend. Horrible customer service and the GM is not helpful at all, quite rude actually. Please spare your time and money and go elsewhere. I had the worse experience, total miscommunication and they do nothing to be able to reason with the customer. They left my car worse than how it went in only because I wouldn't proceed any repairs.
