I wasn't able to connect with the Voice for my session.

Messy experience. They have two products going with two APIs... Seems like they are in a limbo between going to a new business strategy and you can feel that from the offering... They sell the new atom feature saying one can tailor ones own booking UX, but in reality there are very few atoms... An incomplete if you want a component SDK to do what they are they it should enable you to... Yeah, and then they stress to use their new API V2, but the documentation is all but a swagger with many endpoints undocumented and unexplained. I finally managed integrate using V2 with some long postman fiddle trying out different params based on pure guessing. In the end it didn't sync proper with my synced google cal... so I ditched the project and went with youcanbook.me and got the integration working quickly... Also, I subscribed for the platform feature, but my billing section was empty and when asking for a receipt for a refund, the support responded like I was stupid asking for this saying they don't give receipt for refunds... I luckily found it in an old email from them... and suddenly the support was able to make one for me. The support also to 5 days to answer at one time... but other wise quick enough... Yes, and I continuously got a banner in my dashboard saying that my "Enterprise trail" had ended an I needed to pay some insane amount for the subscription... I had to get them to remove the banner twice... in the end I just ignored it. All in all, really messy experience - properly a good solution for self-hosting if you have the tech ressources for it, but us being a small team the hosted solution just gave me a weeks setback on an already tight timeline...

The Round Robin feature is not functional. Needs to be taken down until it is fixed. The errors in functionality cost my company more than $5,000 of staff time to resolve, and will cause us to cancel our membership going forward. Customer support took many days to help us, by which point hundreds of incorrect interviews had to be manually rescheduled...totally unacceptable.

Product did not work as expected-it scheduled meetings when we had conflicts and did not reflect time zones. We ended up having to manually schedule many meetings. Customer service was extremely poor. As I write this, they still haven't responded (we did have a multi email thread and one meeting to attempt to resolve it) in 5 days despite being nudged. In the meeting, the rep tried to tell me it was our fault until I showed him exactly what was happening - at which point he said he would turn over to the dev team and since then there's been no follow up. Bottom line : you get what you pay for and the cheap price here matches a poor product.

I only used this service once and quickly switched to calendly, but even with my limited use it was enough to cause me a lot of distress! Firstly, I share my link with a client and they book 1 of the two days I had marked as unavailable. This was very embarrassing because I had to contact them and ask them to rebook again, then they booked another day, and it happened to be the only other day I had marked as *unavailable*, AGAIN! This time, I was too embarrassed to go back to them and ask to change again. That day was today, so even though I wasn't available today, I went into a lot of inconvenience to be available for the call. I wait on the call by myself. I contact my client and he says that the event didn't get added to his calendar! I don't even know how there are paying customers when the bugs are as BASIC as allowing someone to book on an unavailable day!

Calendar booking from cal.com is terrible. Very buggy. Me and my business lost a lot of money and time. I give it a 1 star because 0 star is not there.
