Everytime I get on it says I have to subscribe again which I already have a subscription for. Plus when I do the AI detector it doesn't give me the option to change words so the or make it undetected. But all an all it's a great app

You guys are changing up so many things. I wish It was still the same as when I signed up last year.

We certainly understand that change can be jarring. We would love to hear more about what changes have been disconcerting so we can better meet the needs of both our loyal and new users. Our goal is always to make the best possible AI platform for students!
My account keeps getting charged twice and customer service doesn’t respond most of the time. Also half the time it’s not working. When it does work it’s great. I have reached out to support twice in the last week and I haven’t received a response.
