I bought gallon sized plants, to me this means I am buying a gallon sized root system, as it means at any nursery I’ve ever worked out. The plants I received have little to no roots, and the size of the plant itself looks like it would’ve come from a 4.5 inch pot or a quart at the very largest. Very disappointed.

Plants are healthy and always well-packed.

Response was great. Service was awesome. And the items shipped way faster than they said. Only problem we've had was that only 2 of the 4 plants died within the first two weeks

Hi G, We are so sorry to hear about your Furcrea. It was pretty hot in early September, here and there. Maybe they cooked? We can't guarantee plants, but in the future, please be sure to call us when these things happen. Maybe we can work with you on a solution, or at least advise as to what happened.
