Poor quality product and zero customer service. They deny the product is bad quality and are very condescending and rude. Won't refund open packages so once you open it, you end up with garbage you can't get money back for. The customer service is beyond awful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased about 40 cable covers thinking they were good quality for a good price, I was horribly mistaken. When they arrived 10 of them had factory defects and were not usable at all. The other 30 were broken on their FIRST USE!!! When I contacted the company to try to get replacements or my money back they told me they would look into it and NEVER returned my call. I followed up many times with no success. As a result I took up a claim with my credit card company to try and get reimbursed for the money I spent on this HORRIBLE PRODUCT. It is now 6 months later and because the company is so unhelpful the claim is still being reviewed. They are cheaper than brand name products but for a little bit more I would rather have something that actually works. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, AND WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OR CONCERN!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I was trying to order some things to tidy up my dorm room and the customer service was great. I had a few questions about cable ties and mounting bases and the sales people were knowledgeable and more than willing to help me find what I needed. They patiently answered my questions and left me satisfied that I was purchasing the right product. Will definitely order from this site again.
