Cabinet ManiaReviews of cabinetmania.com

I purchased a vanity and never received it. I disputed the charge but Cabinet Mania says it was shipped to me..so I am expected to pay for a product I never received.

This is a scam. Ordered 2 cabinets from them through Walmart.com and they said it was shipped via FedEx. When cabinets didn’t arrive I found out it was a fake FedEx # and FedEx never received anything. Tried to call Cabinet Mania and their # has been disconnected. Walmart could not get hold of them either. Luckily Walmart is refunding my money. Walmart needs to drop them as a third party seller.

So far I am in the middle with this company. I didn't see all of the negative reviews or I never would have ordered from Cabinet Mania. I had a quick response to an email after I ordered but when I sent another asking how to cancel because I overlooked the 2-4 week shipping timeframe, I never received a response. It's been six days since I sent my request. I went to look into it again tonight, 10/15/20. I called the number that is on my invoice and get the message that the magic jack number has not been assigned to anyone. So I try to go to the website, and the website is down. I sent another email hoping this is all just a technical issue, but my heart is sinking with the knowledge that I probably lost my $250 dollars (it was just for a sink base). I am so grateful we weren't completely doing the whole kitchen at this time and I was in for thousands. Tough lesson learned I guess.

Hello, My name is Darrell Stone. I ordered a kitchen sink form Cabinet Mania and was surprised that I had to pay via online check. I have an order number from the purchase but no confirmation of my order and the check has been printed and cashed. I expected to hear something from this company by now 5 business days after the purchase. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before my purchase and the phone number is bogus. I hope I'm wrong and will need to come back with and apology review in a day or so. If not I will fight to get my money back! 9/22/20 I did hear from Cabinet Mania today via email (I had provided my phone number) on the 6th business day after I placed my order. I was promised a full refund and a cancelation of my order. I am happy with this arrangement (as I did have some concerns) and will take down my review after I receive my promised refund. 10/5/20 Cabinet Mania has yet to get my refund to me after cancelling my order late last month. They promised an immediate cancellation (due to my unfavorable review of them and how they do business). I asked what I should expect for how I'd get my refund and they stated via check in the mail. I then asked when should I expect to receive my check and they referred me to there terms and conditions. This is the kind of stuff that makes people get suspicious about your business practices. Ever heard of customer service an a sense of urgency when it comes to other peoples money! I highly urge anyone planing on doing business with this company to test their tolerance for BS. I still expect my refund and will take measures to get it back!

Can anyone say scam? How they were able to get online Walmart as a vendor is beyond me. Ordered the cabinets, received a tracking number but FedEx never received any packages. Contacted Walmart directly, they provided me with the fulfillment company (Cabinet Mania) contact information and the phone is disconnected, google searched the phone number, pulled up their google listing and HOLY COW it looks like the scam, anyone. That phone number was also disconnected. I emailed the email they list in their responses for orders and guess what, no response there either.

I ordered through Walmart but was being shipped by Cabinet Mania. Received a Fed Ex tracking number but Fed Ex never received the item. Fed Ex has a memo that says received shipping info and 3 weeks later it still says that! Walmart is refunding my money as Cabinet Mania never responded to their calls, emails or my emails. Wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. They can claim fake reviews but my experience is the same as all these other people! Your reply is not true! The Walmart website says the shipment comes direct from you, their customer service reps said the same thing and I waited on hold for a half hour while they tried to call you. Additionally, the email with a tracking number came from you and from your city. I have no issue with Walmart; they canceled my order and refunded my money!

Run just run. They'll give you a fake tracking number and never answer thier phones or emails. It's been four weeks and no word on when my cabinets will arrive.

BIG FAKE ONLINE PORTAL!!! This is the fake/worst/cheating online portal where they try to cheat people with big discounts. I ordered for items worth of $700 in July 12th 2019. They said items will be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. Items were not shipped even after 8 weeks. I sent couple of emails, no response. I tried to recover the money through my bank. But, my bank was not able to recover the money since cabinet-mania orders were placed using account/routing numbers. Its been 5 months, Order has been cancelled but no refund yet. Contact number in the website will not be reachable. No response to emails.
