Paid $200 from debit card and never received any crypto. No response after 3 emails. Tried to do a chargeback but my bank is useless.

Money transfer from my account went well, but no XRP tranfered to my wallet. Absolutely scam! No response to various emails.

Total scam.No response from support, ever. No verification of crypto transfer and lost a lot of money. You have been warned!

If I could give no star I would. On 12 June I purchased Dovu… Today is 23 June and STILL NO DOVU and NO REFUND!!!! SCAM!!!!!

Scam. I purchased crypto but haven't received it yet. It's already been 4 days and they haven't replied to my email yet.

I attempted to use their service to sell some HBAR on june 4th. It is now june 12th. It has been 6 business days, double their maximum estimated time. I contacted them to ask for an update 3 days ago, and they said they would look into it. No update has come. My money is still in limbo, presumed gone.

Support hasn’t resolved anything and this delay is unacceptable — especially for a crypto company claiming speed and transparency.
