Loftie was great about their return policy! The color temperature of the light was more orange than I hoped, and they made the return process easy.

Hey Kristen, really glad the return process was easy for you. Sorry the light's color temperature was more orange than you hoped, since the right glow matters a lot for a sleep setup. Thanks for sharing your experience, and we hope you find the right fit.
I emailed for a problem with my clock. I got a response the next morning. When i didn't respond fast enough they emailed me again. That is really great.

Hey Michael, glad you got a response the next morning, and that we followed up when you hadn't had a chance to reply yet. We'd rather check in than leave you waiting with a clock that isn't working right. Thanks for taking the time to share this.
The helpful customer service rep. It was an actual human. It was delightful to communicate with a very helpful person. She really knew how to help us! Her instructions were invaluable and TIMELY!

Had a few issues but the customer service was excellent and went above and beyond and that for me alone means they are a company worth dealing with.

Hey Stephen, really glad you found us "lovely to deal with" and "very responsive". That's exactly how we want every conversation to feel. Thanks for taking the time to leave this.
Excellent customer service. In the age of product companies that do a terrible job supporting their customers after they buy a product my expectations were low when I had a Loftie issue. This was anything but expected, I got a response immediately and my issue resolved within a few very simple email exchanges. The process was seamless and my phone alarm clock is once again out of my bedroom (as it should be)

Peter, love that your expectations were low and we still managed to surprise you. Getting a response right away and sorting things out in "a few very simple email exchanges" is exactly what we're going for. Glad your phone alarm clock is back out of the bedroom where it belongs!
The face of the Loftie I bought is flat. Its position by the bed meant that the display was unreadable. I asked for an address to return it under the '30-night trial' stated in the advert. There is no '30-night trial' for any country except the US, I was told. I was referred to their small print. After some exchanges in which I asked for a reason not to refer their advert to The Advertising Standards Authority, I received a full refund, but still no address to return the clock. As I was given no reason not to refer them to The Advertising Standards Authority, I have referred them. I imagine that, as their operations are entirely outside the UK, the ASA will not be able to do anything except, perhaps, refer them to the US equivalent. From my point-of-view, their advert is misleading. I have ended up with a free clock, but would have preferred to have been able to return it. (My response to the reply from Loftie is that I don't need help. The returns policy is not as featured in bold print, It's hidden in small print. I find this unfair to any non-US purchaser. I've already suggested that the words 'US only' be added to the bold print. so that's my help to you.)

Hi Ian, we're sorry the display was hard to read from your bedside and that the trial terms and return process left you confused and frustrated. Your concerns about how the trial is communicated for UK customers are fair, and we'd like to look into them further, so please reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will help.
