BYDFi's site is very user-friendly. They have these assistants everywhere that you can click on if u have a question, they make sure that you understand everything you are doing before you do it. Their new customer bonuses/rewards are INSANE! Withdrawals were a breeze, to this day, I've never had a single issue with the site or its customer service. I highly recommend BYDFi!!

Bydfi's real-time alerts are great! I never miss a market move and was able to make some good money, although sometimes I got a few too many alerts.

For me the best part is their New User bonuses that I think they got rid of. They need to bring it back as that is what gave me the ability to learn the platform and the trade. Overall, this is the best exchange and trading platform available to US citizens
