It takes entirely too long to get the equipment shipped to me. Got my weights and they malfunctioned the first day I used them. BWSSFIT is trying to rectify the problem. After waiting for almost 8 weeks for the set, the replacement part was ordered and after 4 weeks I received the wrong part. Still waiting for the correct part.

The product is great, the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took too long from the time I ordered to the time I receive them. Other than that the product is outstanding!

Delivery was great, and the product works well. Just had a problem with the second delivery, which I didn’t order, and the month it took to finally have someone work with me to have it returned. Maybe I should have charged for storage? Regardless, product is great, customer service needs some work.

Excellent product and outstanding customer service. My questions were answered immediately and the adjustable dumbbell and kettlebells are an excellent quality.

It took à longer than quoted time to recieve my weights......which was understandable due to COVID. However, when they did arrive, the were broken and the dials would not turn. I emailed twice and only got the instructions (which were no help) as a response......there was no number to call or anything. I just order the EXACT same set from a different company and they work fine.....I'll probably NEVER purchase from BWSS again!!
