Product is nice once you get it. Customer service and response has been fantastic throughout the process though. Quality control could be a little better and the time to get the products was a little long. Even for COVID times.

Took a chance with ordering the 90lb adjustable dumbbells from this newer fitness company. I was impressed with the constant contact after the order, and the dumbbells did arrive within the stated time-frame (which included a delay because of COVID-19). So far after a month and a half of near daily use, they are perfect. Would recommend or buy again.

Excellent customer services, great product. The dumbbells took a while to arrive but that was made clear to me anyway so it wasn’t a surprise. When they did arrive, the base plate of one was damaged (90lb version). I didn’t realise until a couple of weeks later and emailed, they promptly sent another. Refreshing to find a company that do exactly what they say they do. Highly recommended.

The product is good, I was expecting to be a fraud but came and after a few uses seems to be solid. Sometimes I get the feeling the plates may slide off, but may just be a made up. Biggest issue was lack of transparency while shipping, had no idea when they would arrive

Given the current 2020 circumstances, my weights were delivered a few days before scheduled. And I love them! Worth the “weight!”

Delivery took a while (6 weeks) but I knew it would be at least a month due to the pandemic, shipping from China, and no doubt, high demand. Product seems well made and identical as far as I can tell to original Bowflex product. One dumbbell dial jammed on the first or second use but I was able to get it working again. It just now only turns in one direction but still usable.
