BuzzyReviews of buzzy.now

A trap! They hide the cancel button and charge you automatically for broken AI! Review: My experience with buzzy has been a nightmare. Not only does their AI generator fail completely at basic character consistency and deliver zero usable results after wasting hours of work, but their system is designed as a trap. There is no active or working button to cancel your subscription! They deliberately hide or disable the cancel option so you cannot stop the recurring charges. After days of waiting, support is practically nonexistent. They gave me some credits back "as a courtesy" after the system made endless mistakes, but when I tried to use them, it failed again and demanded another paid upgrade. I cannot even cancel my plan because the option is blocked. Avoid this platform at all costs!

Support simply isn't responding.

_____________________________________________________________ My experience with Buzzy.noow has been very disappointing. Since October 1st, I have sent several emails seeking a solution because credits I had purchased were cancelled, yet I have received no response. I find it particularly concerning that a company fails to respond to a customer inquiring about a service they have paid for. My request is clear: I want a refund for the cancelled credits or for those credits to be restored. I hope Buzzy.noow reviews my case and contacts me to resolve the issue. So far, the lack of a response since October 1st has made my experience very negative. I paid for a year, and within three days, they’ve left me with no money or credits.

DO NOT PURCHASE! SUBSCRIPTION SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS 100% I will do my best to sue them, im contacting my lawyers right the way, we going to do all we can to make them pay. Dont worry everyone, they will lose even more.

now way to cancel subscription

1. They charge my card but don’t even top up credits onto balance! 2. Canceling the subscription doesn’t work, it says “thanks. we’ll take it from there”. 3 days passed, not cancelled. 3. Lowering the plan gives an error. 4. Nobody responds to support emails. No response for months

Please do not pay for this as they will waste your money. There agents get stuck when you are using agent mode. Whe I emailed them like 20 times, they still didnt respond to stop the agent as there is no way I count stop the stuck agent, My email is lummyare at gmail dot com if Buzzy.now will see this and check there email and fix my issue and refund me my money back.
