FedEx failed to deliver my wine for over a week. After many calls to them with no positive results, I contacted your organization and your representatives were quickly responsive to the situation, and helped resolve my problem. Thank you for the extra service provided. The wine is good also.

CAVEAT EMPTOR... I feel misled in that I ordered 10 bottles of wine and received 10 half bottles- one was damaged with the cork popping through the top. I requested compensation and was told for a fee of $79 I could return the bottles. That is absurd. I never thought to examine the ml amount of the bottle as based on the photo on their website, the bottle looked like a standard sized bottle- and importantly was priced accordingly. This is a true case of CAVEAT EMPTOR. I reached out to customer service, and they offered to credit me for the damaged bottle; however, no extra offerings to offset the lack of satisfaction as a customer. I would have at least offered a coupon for a future order or even sent a complimentary bottle of wine. I will NOT order from this company again. And I advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice. It is preferable to support local businesses. You will not save money by ordering through this company.

This is completely false. We very CLEARLY state the wine is 375 ml and it is priced accordingly. I actually screenshotted the product page you obviously DID NOT read and you believe that is somehow our fault. Below you can see where we very CLEARLY state 375 ml across no less than 4 spots on the product page including it being highlighted in red and bolded far bigger than any other text. I also screenshotted the 750 ml so you can see how the pictures CLEARLY differ as well as the very CLEAR price difference. Always a pleasant experience as I am always treated as a special customer and receive great customer service. They have a wonderful selection at great prices and offer incentives for different wines at different times of the year. Very happy especially now that my new box of wine arrived today.

Great variety, prices and customer service!

I paid $241.01, including $71.85 for overnight shipping. The product was never delivered. BuyWineOnline changed my delivery address without authorization to a Walgreens pickup location. Walgreens confirmed they never received the package, yet BuyWineOnline continued sending pickup emails and refused to issue a refund. Instead, I was told I would still owe $143.70 in shipping/return fees for a product I never received. It has now been nearly a month, multiple refund requests, and no resolution. Their issue is clearly with FedEx — yet they are holding my money. Unacceptable customer service. Buy at your own risk.

Hello, we do NOT change shipping addresses. The fact you think a business can successfully operate by just changing addresses whenever we feel like it is baffling. You checked out and selected your order to go to a hold location which is an option customers choose often and enjoy the convenience of. We also told you you'd receive a full refund so we'd appreciate telling the truth in your review.

Do Not Buy From This Company. My package was damage and lost in shopping and they are requesting that I pay 49$ for them to reship the product that I already have purchased.

Hello, you missed 4 delivery attempts and as stated on our shipping policy, order confirmation, and all tracking emails, this is alcohol so it requires an in person adult signature upon delivery. We actually gave you a great deal on a reship as this has cost us far more than $49 due to you not being available upon delivery.
Your associates Haley and Lupe did a superior job of helping me navigate an out-of-stock situation and getting to a happy conclusion. I will be a future repeat customer for sure.
