Everything went wrong once the hearing…
Everything went wrong once the hearing aids were purchased. Once purchased, service went downhill to almost zero. They arrived not working. They were sent back and still don't work. It took weeks and weeks for all of these transactions. We had to call and remind you to send the new hearing aids after not receiving them for weeks. We will be returning them and going back to costco hearing aids. This has been an incredibly bad experience and has left my father not being able to hear for almost two months. I would never recommend your services after this experience. The hearing aids are now sitting on his dresser not working.
