Got quote from their website for a used…
Got quote from their website for a used cell phone. Correct model # was submitted and quote was for$12. I submitted request for kit to send in and then NOTHING. After several e-mails, I was told no order found, then TWO orders found and two kits being sent, both with incorrect model #'s. They said not of concern, use "either"kit. I got ONE kit, sent the phone in and after weeks, got a "revised" quote of $5. I argued for 2 weeks, finally gave up and accepted their offer and it took another week to process and that was only after a threat of a formal complaint.

We're sorry you were not happy with our services. We strive to offer the quickest turnaround time and seamless process in the world, but do understand sometimes we fall short of your expectations. We had a manager review your order transactions and see that two orders were placed for the same item so we have cancelled and closed out the duplicate order. In terms of the Shipping Kit never reaching you, we send those directly to the address provided during the checkout process and then rely on the USPS to make final delivery. If there were any issues on their part, we apologize on their behalf, but we are always available via phone, chat or email to send a kit directly with tracking once an address is confirmed. In any event, your device was sent a revised offer from $12 to $5 because the model you indicated during checkout did not match the model we actually received. Your item was received on 12/31/2018, inspected on 01/03/2019, and the new quote was accepted by you on 01/09/2019. We then promptly issued your payment directly to your PayPal account on 01/11/2019 for the revised amount. We appreciate you trying our service and hope the next time we can provide you with a better experience. Thanks again for the opportunity to buyback your old products.
