Quick and easy. Fair pricing and easier than trying to sell on Marketplace or Craigslist!

We appreciate you trying our services and we're glad to know everything worked out! We look forward to helping you cash in your old products again soon. Thanks again!
Overall I'd use them again, however I would give feedback that it takes a bit to get through the process. I shipped 2 products to them. Their website says that once they confirm receipt of the product it'd generally take 2-3 days for them to process, test, and then send payment. On both items I sent, one took 8 days, one took 12 days. Not a huge deal, but just something to think about, especially since their own site has differing information. I realize it's the holiday time of year, but the one thing that would have mace the issue a non-issue would have just set accurate expectations though the website.

Was simple and easy but I think they could pay a little bit more for the phones.

We're always glad to hear customer feedback and we're happy to know you had a great experience! We look forward to hearing from you again!
This company is absolutely a scam. They don't honor what they have agreed to pay for my phone. They counter offer with a less than half of the original agreed price. I rejected the counter offer and asked to return my phone, they than return the phone to me without the brand new original box, earphone and power adapter. This company do not deserve any star!!! I gave them 1 star as I am force to, without giving them at least 1 star the review wont' process. This company deserve to close their business not conning/hurting anymore people The Order ID is PS1195047757470

We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't a pleasant one, but we do appreciate you leaving us feedback so we can continue to improve for the future. Whenever a price changes, we always provide free return shipping to you on our time. While we make every effort to include any accessories your item came with such as a box, headphones, etc. these are sometimes stripped from the item during the inspection process to provide a more environmentally friendly process. We do see how this could be frustrating to you, but we are glad we were at least able to return your actual device to you so you could resell it elsewhere. In any event, thanks again for trying our services and we hope we can do better for you in the future.
I sent my phone to them at the end of September the beginning of October and now it been over a month and I still have not received my check for the phone. They will rip you off. Never selling to them again

The device received did not match the customer's assessment. A revised quote was issued and rejected by the customer. Therefore, we returned the device to the customer as per their request. We hope to have resolved this to your complete satisfaction.
Quick, easy and honest. They gave me exactly what they promised.
