Although we enjoyed our time with our butler, and he was very nice and funny, we felt like we were having to get him involved a lot of the time, rather than him taking the initiative to get things going with games etc, which felt a little awkward. But once games got going it was fun! Recommend having lots of games set up and ready to go when your Butler arrives.

This company take down all negative reviews, they told me my review was ‘illegal…’ see below: The butlers I booked were cancelled on the day, the morning of the booking. We were so disappointed they didn’t even call to tell us. Just sent an email. Total let down. The company also took down my review so I’m trying again here. I’ve been told by one of their team they frequently double book and have to cancel service on the day.

This review does not relate to the current ownership or operation of Butlers in the Buff. • This review dates from August 2021 • The business changed ownership in 2022 • The reviewer was not a customer of the current legal entity or management team • The events described occurred prior to our acquisition of the brand Trustpilot has merged this review from a historic profile that is not connected to the current company. This matter is formally disputed and is part of an active, ongoing escalation with Trustpilot, including external review, due to material inaccuracies and demonstrable reputational damage. There are three historic reviews currently under investigation by Trustpilot which relate to previous operators and not the present business. We cannot confirm why these reviews were merged, and this is precisely the issue under dispute. Due to the recent changes with restrictions I called and emailed the company with change of date and address. Despite having this as a record the company, sent the butler on the wrong day and refused to refund any money back. Whilst I appreciate I was asked to check the invoice, when I saw the address had been changed, I forgot to check the date. I would expect the company to meet me half way and refund half my money, given I have an email stating the changes to be made that were not challenged by them either. On top of this the fuel charge of £45 I feel was steep, given the butler called me ten minutes before he arrives to say he was on his way! Luckily Buff Body Butlers came to my rescue at 11pm the night before I needed them!

Dan, our butler for the evening, was fantastic! So kind, friendly and engaging. He hosted the games brilliantly and made sure everyone’s glass was topped up at all times. Thank you!

Our butler Chris was excellent from the moment he arrived. Checked the requirements and got to work serving food, drinks, socialising appropriately, dancing and taking part in the activities. Really added to our party, and he worked really hard. Thank you.

Brilliant service and Martin and Oliver were fantastic! Would highly recommend: they showed up early, were really attentive and got the party started!

After so many venue changes due to covid we eventually went ahead on the 9th July, our butler Adam was a great sport hosting a couple of quizzes ,playing a couple of games and most importantly making delicious cocktails, our miserable bride to be wasn't really into the whole night but most of the guests made the most of it and had a fantastic evening ,i think!!
