We had a good experience other than the fact that after booking our flights, we then had to pay either 155 or 185 to secure a seat on Alitalia. That was unexpected and not cool especially because I had asked the chatbot if there were any hidden fees beyond the price that was quoted and she said no.

Pretty easy finding decent prices last two times we flew to Europe. Better than many sites.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BusinessClass.com. Due to an airspace closure, I requested a refund on March 1st. It has now been three weeks, and despite my repeated attempts to follow up, the company has failed to provide any substantial update or a timeline for the return of my funds. Every time I call, I am met with irresponsible and vague answers. The representatives repeatedly state they "need to check with the accounting team," yet no one ever follows up with a resolution. A professional travel platform should provide transparency and timely responses, especially during travel disruptions. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before using this platform. Their lack of accountability regarding refunds is a major red flag. I am still waiting for my money and will update this review if and when they decide to act professionally.

Do not book with these scammers. I am stranded at the airport with no phone going through… all their 5 star reviews are fake done by employees… Reply to the company.. i paid 3 thousand dollars for a flight ticket… and you provided 0 support because you people do not have a support team. Do not lie to others on here that you attempted to contact me. Because you don’t have any support team. And providing me 100 dollars gift card for your company after paying 3K, you should be careful about your business. You are all scammers with 0 experience. Fraud people.

I purchased two first class tickets knowing I had 24 hours to change my mind. Hours later LJ Reeves wrote saying BTW the price has risen by 30 percent. I canceled and Reeves wrote "We’ve processed your cancellation request as per your instructions." What Reeves did not say was that they did not cancel the charge to my credit card. In addition to the deceit, this required wasting my time to book (at a false advertised price) and then to revoke charges with my credit card company.
