Furniture was fine, but worst customer service I've ever dealt with and I'm not exaggerating. I ordered $3K worth of furniture and it said it would ship in "2-5 days." After about a week of no updates I reached out to customer service and 2 days later received an update saying it would "come soon." Thus began a very long, very opaque, and very frustrating ordeal with customer service over the next two months to try to receive my items. Every time I emailed customer service it would take 2 days minimum to get a response, often 4 days or more. I was never given any concrete info on when my furniture would arrive. No estimated date. At one point a shipping label was printed but the items still never came. It legitimately felt like a scam at this point. I even tried to call customer service and the number was disconnected. More major red flags going off. Finally my husband called the show room in NYC and an actual human took pity on us and helped us out. Shout out to this kind man for actually having a human conversation with us despite it not being his job to do so. He helped us sort it out and finally we got our items. But I feel bad for the people who didn't think to go through the show room (again, not their job!) and are still waiting for a response from their completely overwhelmed and disorganized customer service. I would never work with this company again, completely unreliable.

I ordered an outdoor sectional and coffee table from Burrow at the end of August. While my table came within a couple weeks, the couch hadn't even shipped after 3 weeks and Burrow said they didn't know where it was when I contacted them. Because there's only a 30-day window for returns and the couch wouldn't be arriving in that timeframe, I decided to cancel the couch order and return the table. They cancelled the couch order and told me someone would reach out to set up the table return. Someone did reach out a couple days later at 5 pm to tell me my return window started at 9 am the next morning. I didn't see the email in time and missed the return window. I am still trying to return the table. I've emailed them 3 times without a response. I think I may be stuck with this table now.

Cheaply made and overpriced. I could have gone to Habitat for Humanity or Facebook Marketplace and acquired something much better. Don’t bother buying anything from Burrow, unless you are ok with something that squeaks after a week of putting it together and the legs coming lose for no reason. Total waste of money.

I love the sofa but cannot put it together because of a defective connector bar. I am awaiting to see if you will send one. It would be great to get a replacement soon. Thanks so much.
