BurneekReviews of burneek.com

I finally pulled the trigger on the Burneek Halo and I’m so glad I did. I’ll admit I was a little nervous about ordering a portable sauna online, but the whole experience was smooth. Putting it together took no time at all. The first thing I noticed was how thick the material is, it doesn't feel thin or flimsy like some others I've seen. Once I turned it on, the heat was no joke. It gets seriously hot and stay that way, so I’m getting a proper sweat every single time. If you’re looking for something that actually works and feels like it’s built to last, this is definitely the one to get.

No phone number found at all. Delivery date promised never met. Burneek will not respond to emails, messages via Facebook, forms submitted or any other form of contact. Cancelling order seems impossible. Horrible customer service.

Hi!!! I am super disappointed in this buisness. I have ordered it a week ago with zero tracking information or updates. I have emailed and reached out to burneek through multiple ways.... zero communication back from them. At this point I want a refund and just to cut ties. Mind you this was suppose to be sent to my house 1-3 buisness days!

I purchased a sauna on Dec7th I was assured I would receive before Christmas. Delivery should of been on Dec 18th. It is now the 26th of Dec. I reached out multiple times to their customer service department and was ignored. Finally today on the 26th of Dec they respond blaming Ups and FedEx. I have been in contact with both Delivery companies. Who both immediately responded to help with my order. Both companies showed there were labels made but no drop off from Burneek so they could ship out my order. They were short and rude when talking to Burneek's customer service department. Pretty much said it's not are fault and deal with it. Im upset and just getting started on making others aware to stay away from this company if they're looking for great service

I was extremely disappointed with Burneek’s handling of my order. They advertise a ‘100-Day Money-Back Guarantee – no questions asked’ prominently on their checkout page with no visible exclusions, but they refused my cancellation and refund request for a pre-order that hadn’t shipped yet, citing a hidden policy. I’ve filed a report with the FTC and initiated a chargeback, which is progressing in my favor.

Based on personal experience, I am still fighting for cancellation of the order and refund for a preorder item that won’t be delivered past 60days from the order date. Potential buyers should be extremely cautious when considering a purchase from Burneek due to the company’s restrictive and misleading business practices. Burneek does not allow order cancellations under any circumstances, even when an item is a pre-order that has not shipped and may not ship for months. This removes any flexibility for customers who make an honest mistake or need to change their purchase shortly after ordering. Their refund policy is equally problematic. Burneek states that refunds are only available after delivery, within 100 days, and subject to a 10% restocking fee which now is at 25%. However, they also state that any item listed as “on sale” is not eligible for a refund. Burneek’s products appear to be permanently listed as “on sale,” which effectively means no refunds are ever available, despite advertising a return window. This creates a misleading situation where customers believe they have refund protection when, in reality, the policy makes returns nearly impossible. In addition, Burneek does not provide a customer service phone number. Customers are limited to email communication only, and responses appear inconsistent and selective. This makes resolving issues difficult once an order is placed. These policies shift all risk to the consumer while providing little to no accountability from the company. Customers should fully understand that once an order is placed with Burneek, they may have no practical ability to cancel, return, or receive a refund, regardless of whether the product has shipped or meets expectations. For these reasons, consumers should carefully reconsider purchasing from Burneek and thoroughly review alternative companies with transparent policies and accessible customer support.

This company is garbage. Poor customer service. No phone number. Non responsive emails. Ordered a product from them on December 9th 2025 and it still has not shipped. I’ve emailed them to cancel my order and to receive a refund but no response. I plan on filing a lawsuit against this company and possibly make it a class action lawsuit and get justice for other customers who have been scammed by this company. Do not purchase anything from this company. Every review I’ve seen are negative. Buy from a different company not Burneek

Terrible company. Terrible product. Fake delivery dates and tracking info. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache. I ordered my sauna a month ago and they refuse to send it
