Great customer service. Assembly of the sauna was relatively simple. Had an issue where it would shut off in the middle of the session, customer service sent me a new switch that seems to have fixed it. Overall good experience

I love my new Burneek Halo Sauna! It heats up quickly and I can’t wait to use it daily because it’s so relaxing and has so many great health benefits! I also love the fact that they don’t use toxic materials in their products.

I believe that Burneek sales technicians were helpful in providing me with the necessary information I needed to purchase my sauna. Asdrimar was the primary technician that assisted me. I appreciate the quick email response that he provided, which include superb technical knowledge and professional willingness to guide, share and provide in every possible way. It would be nice if the company would provide a phone number, I believe this is just one area that will improve Burneek service capabilities.
