We’re sorry to read this. Promotional offers may have specific terms or product eligibility details, and we understand how frustrating it can feel if expectations weren’t clear. That’s never the experience we aim to create. We would be happy to review the promotion you received and clarify how it applies. We truly love reading this, “heavenly sanctuary” is exactly the experience we aim to create. ❤️ The delay with your sauna was tied to a specific batch that took longer than expected. The majority of customers from that group have already received their units, and we appreciate your patience during that time. As for the cold plunge, it should be preparing to ship shortly. Thank you again for your understanding and for being part of the Burneek community. If you’d ever like a direct update, please email [email protected] and mention Trustpilot so we can prioritize it for you. – Burneek

We’re sorry to read this. Shipments are not triggered by disputes, and we do not hold orders intentionally. In some cases, a dispute may coincide with an order that was already in transit or completing processing, which can create that perception. We understand how disappointing this must have felt, especially as a Christmas gift. That was never our intention, and we take feedback like this seriously. – Burneek
