Some Issues, but OUTSTANDING Customer Service
Some technical issues as we did not get status emails upon project creation or completion, AND one of our selected voiceover artists just never completed the project. However, our customer service experience with Daniel Matiz and the other customer service employees has been more than outstanding. Daniel in particular is knowledgeable, responsive, and was quick to address any issues that we did have. Thank you Daniel!

Hi Jamie! Thanks for your detailed review, I have already shared it with Daniel. We'll keep working hard to avoid these type of technical issues in the future. However, rest assured that if anything ever happens again, our amazing Customer Support team will jump in to save the day :) Thank you again for your time and honest feedback.
