I purchased bundles for several years in a row until I recently decided to buy their own AppVault app. Unfortunately, their support is all but active. I wrote several messages about different bugs and issues, but got no reply. I'm not sure I will spend another dime there.

I have made purchases with BundleHunt in the past and never had a reason to contact them, but with the most recent, there was one app that didn't work properly, one that I couldn't download securely, and one (completely my fault) that I realized I didn't need because I already had a similar app. They quickly responded and refunded all three with no questions asked. Excellent customer service.

Bundlehunt is very reactive. Together with the developer of the app (MacPlus Software) they worked out to solve a problem of licence and email address which was not recognized. I would have given it six stars,… but there are only five !

He adquirido apps en varias ocasiones, sin problemas, pero la última vez la app descargada no se abría en mi ordenador. Escribí a su servicio de support y en un par de horas asunto resuelto.
