Ordered more than 20 cases. 1st problem was my fault for not reading the manifest accurately - got 50 sets of pens instead of Star Wars. 2nd, damaged items in a New box, BULQ customer service kicked in, and refunded a good amount of the cost of the shipment. I can't complain at all. Love the manifests, and it makes it easy to decide to buy or not - wish others would do it.

Overall I am happy with my experience with Bull.com! So far we have ordered 6 boxes and 4 of them have been treasures. 1 was ok and the other was not too great at all, but that won’t stop me from ordering again. Thank you! Natasha
