The pallet of uninspected returns I purchased I expected at least half of the contents to be in saleable condition, however most of the returns were damaged or otherwise not resellable. This is not really Bulq's fault, however a bit more transparency would have been nice (better pictures). It will be a hard time breaking even with this pallet. I will think twice before trying again with bulq. Via trading, while more expensive shipping, was definitely better quality returns. Edit: Bulq did reach out to me as indicated they would. Nothing has changed and my review stays the same.

Some items opened during transport and leaked into other items and box.

Only complaint I have is that there were some damage merchandise but you guys have good customer service that’s why I’m giving a 4 star rating

For the most part my order was ok. A few things did leak and there shoulda been more packaging for safety inside but it is what it is. I would still order again.

Had some good items in the case that I purchased

My order was labeled as NEW Merchandise. 4 of my items was "Clearly Used" I ordered a pallet of New Bedding merchandise. 4 of the items was used and had human hair all over the Bedding sets. The items was clear that they have been removed from the packaging and placed back into it. With a little more quality control you would have a lot more happier customers. I am a reseller (Not online anymore, but B&M store) and have heard so many complaints about your company. I have used you all before in the past and I have had similar experiences of items not being as described. It's not worth the time and hassle of calling and complaining because you only receive an extremely small fraction of what the item is worth. Remember that word of mouth is the best way to get new business. I would use you guys more for my B&M store if when I was buying new I was actually getting new items with no questions of if it was used or not.

Good product as described and manifested.

Purchased a case that was supposed to have 4 weighted blankets and a bunch of other items... I received everything except the blankets...there were NO weighted blankets in the box. I contacted them and they said condition could be anything since it was “Uninspected” so they said they would credit me for $9. I understand what “uninspected” means... but MISSING items is a different thing. How can they say that these items are in there and they are not... they weren’t damaged... THEY WERE NOT IN THERE!!! the blankets were the reason why I bought the box. Very unprofessional customer service...honestly it doesn’t even seem legal what they did!!! Be VERY wary!
