Before getting iso-bow, I think a towel can do the same workout and get same results. It works much better. To my own comment, it gets five scores whilst tower gets two.

Woohoo, thank you for sharing as many people have similar thoughts. It is only when you try the ISO-BOW when you realize they are really not comparable.
