Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience, but we want to make sure you get help. We do not sell walking shoes and have no record of this transaction in our system — we believe you purchased from bullseyesclub.com, a separate website that is not affiliated with Bullseye Sneaker Boutique in any way. We strongly recommend disputing the charge immediately with your bank or credit card company, as you have strong grounds for a chargeback given non-delivery and no response from the seller. You can also report this fraud to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. We hope you get your money back. We are actively working with authorities to have bullseyesclub.com shut down.
