Hi Francesco. Your tracking says it was delivered to Italy over six months ago and as far as I can tell, I don't have any emails from you or the person in Germany who purchased it. I just sent the purchaser and UPS an email to see if there is additional information. If you can, send him an email and CC us on it.
I purchased the urban the hoodie the stylish and does not attract attention. I felt comfortable with it. I would purchase another one.

Light cancelable. For the most part. Not bad. Good value. Although I haven't had to test it... :-)

Excellent Hoodia, I will order some shirts next but II've got to make sure I understand the size chart better. Fit is critical for this equipment.

I love the idea. The product is very well made. Customer service is great. My only issue is the way the jacket fits. It’s a bit stiff and makes me look …..overweight.

Hi Mike! The jackets have gotten a lot better since you ordered last year, but the sizing being accurate is super important for the fit and feel as well. Shoot as an email, our new armor is substantially better.
The hoodie literally fits me like a glove 😍. I love it! And feel safer while out alone now! Thank you so much. 🤗
