Dear Shane, We have already sent the shipping confirmation details for your order. As a reminder, you are responsible for providing the shipping label for this transaction. We have been waiting for this documentation for some time. Please send the shipping label as soon as possible so we can proceed with your shipment. It is inaccurate to characterize this delay as a fault of the company when we are awaiting your required documentation. Best regards, Bulk Buy America

We appreciate the opportunity to do business with you. Regarding the recent transaction, please be advised that we have retained the client's $5,000 deposit following their failure to collect a large order as previously agreed. This amount serves to cover the costs incurred from holding the inventory for one month, as well as the price adjustment required to facilitate a prompt resale. Despite this development, we value our relationship with this client and look forward to continuing our partnership in the future.
