I was amazed with all the email updates

TrustPilot was contacted multiple times about this fake business. Their "about us" section is word for word stolen from another legitimate business which I contacted myself. Look it up yourself. I was checking back to see if this company was still on here using fake profile & they are.

Quick delivery. Product looks cheap.

I ordered wide brim hat, unfortunately there was a duplicate order, I immediately contacted the company to stop the second order. Within minutes they responded and said that it was too late to cancel and that I would love the product. I was told that I could return it if I wasn't happy. I asked about the return process and was told that after I receive the package if I still wanted to return they could assist me. I received the package and tried to return it, the response is the warehouse was in China and it would be expensive, they offered me, 3 dollars. I contacted them multiple times for the address and that I would pay for shipping and wanted a full refund. I was offered 6 dollars. I am continuing to push for a return address and a refund. I tried this with a similar company and put in a PayPal dispute, and was left with unsatisfactory products and my money nonrefunded. How can we stop this from happening???

Shipping was long but I really appreciated the frequent updates on where my package was and when it was expected to arrive.

We decided to keep the item but it appears that your return procedure is very user friendly.

The product was smaller than it appeared to be in the picture but that might not be such a bad thing!! Overall a good experience 😌
