We are having issues with the filament alignment lately and are having to send back lamps that we just received. This has not been an issue until lately (the past 6 months).

Both bulbs were broken when they arrived. They were very flimsy Lee packed and they were long fluorescent tubes

I plugged in the new bulb, turned on the unit and the bulb blew.

It was a seamless process.
