About BuildUp Community

BuildUp Community is a real estate development community founded by Arthur Ryapolov and Ruben Ryapolov, brothers who have personally developed over 250 doors and 1,500 lots across the United States. The company exists to produce successful real estate developers and help everyday people create wealth, freedom, and legacy through ground-up real estate development. At its core, BuildUp Community is a network of aspiring and active real estate developers who learn from each other, share deals, share lenders, share contractors, and share the lessons of their mistakes. Members receive direct access to Arthur, Ruben, and a coaching team with over $100 million in real estate transactions, along with a private community where developers connect, ask questions, get feedback on real deals, and develop relationships with other people walking the same path. The connection between members is what separates BuildUp from a course or a program. It is a community.BuildUp Community serves four core groups of aspiring developers: construction professionals ready to step into their own projects, real estate agents and wholesalers transitioning into development, capital-ready investors entering real estate development for the first time, and aspiring developers who need to generate capital through wholesaling before taking on their first project. Each member is met where they are and routed into a personalized track based on experience, capital position, and goals. The mission is rooted in 1 Thessalonians 5:11, "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up." That verse is the heartbeat of the company. Arthur and Ruben believe their own success is incomplete unless it produces success in others, and every relationship, resource, and conversation inside the community is centered on that idea, lifting people up, helping them grow, and producing the next generation of real estate developers.
