Great for organization! I would love a feature to add specific details to accounts, such as non-compliant, grandfathered items, that can be run on a report.

Thel software has made property management so much easier by streamling many of the tasks. I particularly like the tenant's month accounting. I am working on incorporating some of the other features. I also am pleased with the customer service that is available to assist when there are questions
