Buildium is great for managing rental properties at a large or small scale, keeps things clean, easy, and organized. There are bugs and glitches as with any software, it can be frustrating. But the customer service is above and beyond. Every support employee is very helpful and kind, they go above and beyond every time.

Been using Buildim for over 3 years now with all of my properties we manage. Everything is great, but the wait times for the Epay applications are ridiculous and very annoying. Especially when you application doesn't get pushed through.

Benson was very professional, polite, and easy to speak with. The ePay approval process takes way too long, though.

The Buildium Software is user-friendly with intuitive navigation and clear workflows that reduce setup time. The customer care team is always helpful, offering timely support and proactive guidance when needed.

Buildium is continually striving to improve their product and encourages user participating in voting for which changes are priority. My business model is somewhat different than most and as such, I don't necessarily want to implement every new whizbang feature they roll out (some I want to implement after MY EVALUATION, some I may never want to implement.) For the most part, their development method allows me to only implement those changes which I find useful and ignore or easily work around those I fine useless due to the differences in my business model.

In general, Buildium is a great piece of software for Property Management. It's relatively easy to navigate, customer service is nice, the help resources are pretty good, and the features are great. I knocked off a star, though, because even with all the great features, it seems like they don't blend together very well. There are way too many work arounds and not enough fluid procedures.

In the Blue Box on the Tenant Page, we need the following information. 1. Square Footage 2. Other Charges, i.e. NNN, Utilities, etc. 3. Whether the tenant has an option to renew. We call this area the Lease Abstract area. It would be great if the Rent Roll under Rentals included Square Footage. It would be awesome if the regular Rent Roll under Reports included other charges, i.e., NNN Charges, Utilities.
