Total scam. Made me pay to download my new resume, tried everything, emailed them, refused to refund.

This company’s practices feel extremely deceptive. My subscription was renewed without any clear notification, and money was taken from my card without my active consent. When I requested a refund, they refused with unreasonable explanations. It honestly feels like a trap designed to auto-renew and keep customers’ money. Very misleading and highly untrustworthy. Be extremely careful before giving them your payment details.
